March 23 was our very first night of Livestream - the very day we found out we could not hold class with the coming of covid. This was the adaptation and blessing that gave us the opportunity to stay connected, moving at home, and semi-sane during covid lockdown and restrictions! We have SO many lovely memories from this time! The sound of the music just took us back to our hall in ou...r minds! We’ve continued with the Livestream and on-demand classes to stay connected with those who can’t make it in-person to classes since returning too ... 2 days to go til 2021! #newyear #makeityours We have been so blessed to be able to return to in-person classes since July under our covid-safe plan! Then the Zumba Fitness peeps smashed through 20 tracks like energizer bunnies (with a few bonus ones for the party class!). It was so amazing to have my ZIN friends and inspirations Robyn and Shae take to the stage with super fun tracks too! 21.01.2022 Wishing a Merry and sparkly Christmas to you all, my wonderful Zumba Family! This Christmas I feel even more thankful and fortunate for the social connections we have at this time. Digital livestreams kept us connected and moving for more than 4 months of this year and were our way of life from 23 March to 20 July! Thank you to all who danced with me (and continue to) dance via Livestream and stay connected today too - what wonderful memories we have and a few new tec...h skills too! That we could be back dancing together to the end of 2020 in-person as well... we are so lucky to have this chance that so many in other corners of the world do not currently This has been so beneficial to us and our well-being! Following advice that Greater Brisbane will be in a 3 day lockdown until 6PM Monday, it is better to play it safe and postpone our first in-person MONDAY class of the year (MON 11 Jan) to the week after (MON 18 Jan). For our classes on Wednesday 13 Jan, I will wait and see what the health advice is in the coming days and will let you all know. ...
