10.01.2022 IMPORTANT information: Wednesday 9 September I will be having surgery. I will be in recovery for 2 weeks. All classes will be covered by awesome experienced instructors. Don't miss the opportunity to dance with Leesa Carroll, Leondra Corbett and Simone Dodd. Only one CHANGE to the time scheduled for Friday morning class and that is it will start at 9am on 11 September and 18 September.... INSTRUCTORS and class times are as follows: Monday 9.30am GOLD - Leesa Carroll Thursday 9.30am TONING - Leesa Carroll Friday 9am FITNESS - Simone Dodd Monday 6pm FITNESS - Leondra Corbett Thursday 6pm FITNESS - Simone Dodd YES - I could've simply cancelled classes for 2 weeks, so why didn't I do that? I care about your mental and physical health and I know you need to keep moving so keep motivated and DANCE.
