15.01.2022 YAY.....Zumba resumes tomorrow at Terrigal 50+ Centre with restrictions. Terry is still away but the lovely Fiona will show you a good time !! 1. Maximum numbers are at 30..SLOW down, Please arrive early in a calm yet excited manner & maintain distancing, hand washing whilst you wait to get in.... 2. No bookings 3. You MUST be a current member of the club ($8/year). 4. Bringing correct money of $7 will help but not essential. 5. Remember that the staff are all volunteers & are there to help you get in smoothly. 6. Keeping records of all attendees is a legal requirement for COVID 19 registering & as you know, is what can slow the entry into any venue.....patience is a virtue. There are 3 classes/week Mondays 2:30pm Tuesdays 1pm Thursdays 1pm Have fun xx ZumbaLOve Terry.
14.01.2022 Hello Zumba Lovers, I’m sorry that some of you are having difficulties getting into my classes. Limited numbers are a necessary evil and a pain in the ????? Well you know what... !! If you’re interested in trying another class. I facilitate Groove at 5:30pm , same venue. I usually have spots available. ... Bookings are through me with a $12 payment securing your spot. It’s a super fun dance class and always incorporates a lovely mindfulness relaxation at the end. For those of you that came to my original classes nearly 2 years ago.... it’s changed.... 05.01.2022 Had the worst dream. I came to class, had difficulty with my music. I sat with my head in my hands Only to look up & everyone had gone. OMG I was traumatised what a horrible feeling.... Thank god it was only a dream lol See you in Feb 2021 with the music pumping ZumbaLOve, Terry
02.01.2022 FYI, In case you haven't heard yet. I am very excited to be going away to work an 8 week nursing contract in Weipa, Far North QLD from 7th Dec 2020 to 31st Jan, 2021. You'll be in good hands for the few classes remaining this year & when the centre opens again on 11th January 2021.... Fiona & Cassie will be delivering your classes & are very excited to do so. I know that you'll enjoy yourselves. Variety is the spice of life. Lots of ZumbaLOve, Terry PS My last Zumba class for this year will be Tuesday 1st December. I will be returning in Feb 2021. At this point I will only be returning to the 50+ Centre and not Breakers Stadium but that can be reassessed next year.
01.01.2022 Thank you my wonderful Zumba peeps for attending my Zumba classes. And, what a year it's been: I know that you've waited in line to get in.... Rung a thousand times to book in & then on many occasions had to go on the reserve list or have been told that there are no spots ! Being locked down for 3 months certainly made me appreciate the importance of human connection & how us coming together for Zumba is so much more than just getting some exercise. Although, I've always known that Zumba is so much more, this really has shown that. BUT, how bloody hard is it to not sing out loud at times, esp with Gimme Gimme Gimme. Because I have so many of you that come to my classes ( I'm NOT complaining at all...I feel blessed, but), this year I'm not hosting anything for Xmas due to the COVID number restrictions. Whilst I'm away in Dec 2020 & Jan 2021, you will have the pleasure of having Fiona & Cassie take your classes. Enjoy the variety that life has to offer.
