17.01.2022 Super excited to announce that we will be hosting our first family yoga event on the 2nd April. It will be from 5.30-6.30pm at Sacred Heart Mundaring. This is a great opportunity to introduce your children to yoga and to connect and have fun with your children. No experience needed ages 3 and up. Learn breathing techniques, yoga poses, play games, connect with your children and relax. Booking essential.

09.01.2022 I managed to set up a zoom meeting to host online yoga classes from home. I have set a family yoga night zoom meeting for 5.30pm Friday the 3rd of April. Let me know if you are keen to join. All you need to do is down load zoom and I can send you the link.
