The soup made by vegetable oil contains lower calorie and fat, and it tastes more refreshing. Besides, we also want to remind you that people with high uric acid are not suggested to eat mushroom soup and seafood. 2. How to choose low-calorie sauce?... A little bit sesame paste with soy sauce, non-spicy soup and vinegar would be a perfect choice. You can mix them, according to your preference, with shallot, coriander, garlic and fresh chili. 3. How long to eat? One to one and a half (Better within two hours). 4. How to boil? It is suggested to put a small amount of food inside, and then get the food out when the soup boiled. 5.
