21.01.2022 Rental refresh days 3,4 &5. Lots and lots of prep and priming have taken place, particularly over bare timber. Ceilings in most rooms have been done (3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, bath & toilet, large living and kitchen) and trims are in the process of having their last coats in all rooms for a crisp white finish. We should will start to see some difference next week when the walls get painted (getting all the hardest parts done first). Cannot wait to show some final photos.
