The Centre of Disease Control & Prevention advises that the Corona Virus cannot be spread through swimming pool water. Its business as usual for us and we are in a great position to help you as sanitisation is our business!! To contribute to the national containment efforts of COVID-19 and facilitate a safer environment we have made ...additional changes to our precautionary measures: Our maintenance team are fully stocked to keep your pool and spas healthy & sanitised for your use and are working within health guidelines by maintaining a 1.5m distance between themselves & customers & practicing good hygiene by sanitising their hands. 07.01.2022 In line with the Victorian Premiers announcement on 3rd of August 2020 concerning the new Stage 4 Restrictions: You can still get your pool/spa water professionally tested, simply contact our store and for a small fee we will come by, complete the test, and email the results. All pool/spa chemical & equipment supplies will be as per Phone & Collect guidelines from our retail store. ... We will continue to provide contactless onsite pool/spa maintenance during business hours Monday to Friday 9am 5pm and we will also be available outside of business hours 7 days a week during reasonable hours for genuine emergencies. Our maintenance service will continue based upon building and grounds maintenance permitted to operate where required to maintain the health and safety of Victorians at home. There will be no face to face interaction with our staff during this time and there will be no entry into the shop at any time, to adhere to our Covid Safe Management Plan.
