The latest update we have received is that vessel arrived into Tonga yesterday and must undergo the 3 day quarantine. Once this ends we will do all that we can to release this cargo. This was the vessel that was due to arrive way before Christmas but as we have seen many freight forwarders in America and Australia have unfortunately been affected by these delays We again apologise due to these delays. 07.01.2022 WE ARE WATCHING BOTH WAREHOUSES IN AUSTRALIA & TONGA Due to the laws and regulations in Tonga our receivers are not allowed access during the sivi of cargo! These are rules we must follow in Tonga! So to give our customers as well as ourselves a peace of mind we installed the best quality cameras in our warehouses they really do work and is very clear! Our cameras cover all areas in our warehouse in Tonga!! From when the full container arrives outside, to our workers ...taking cargo inside and into the sivi are where all uta is inspected!! No one can hide. We see everything !!! Now our policy regarding our cameras in Tonga! If you suspect you have missing items or you have an issue you are more than welcome to look back at footage of our cameras. ANY FEES? There is a $50TOP surcharge. WHY WE CHARGE THIS? Well in the past we have had too many receivers make false accusations and lie to their sender about items missing. We have gone thru footage and nothing was taken. It is very time consuming to go back through camera footage. So to limit and avoid this problem we charge a fee! WHAT HAPPENS TO MY $50TOP? If we find that someone has taken any of your items we will give you back your $50 and the person responsible will be liable for paying back for items stolen. If we find nothing and it was made up we then keep your $50. This charge is to hopefully stop receivers from lying to their sender !! Please we do all that we can to protect our customers and ourselves!! We do not condone stealing and therefore do all that we can to keep our business alive and running.
