18.01.2022 This is Natalie! We only worked together for 7 days but achieved so much! Natalie came to me for some help as she needed to pass a fitness test for a job that was going to change her life and lifestyle. We only had 7 days! Natalie hadn't been physically fit for quite a long time, It was a task but I was up for the challenge. We trained every day sometimes twice a day for that 7 days so she could prepare and work hard to achieve her goal in that time she injured her knee and... we were so worried not only for the damage she may have caused but also achieving her goal. Well she did it!!! She passed!!! I am so stoked for her she needed to complete the test in 4.23 minutes and smashed it out in 4.09 minutes. Natalie is a beautiful lady that deserves to have a life! Well done! I am so proud of you

09.01.2022 Unfortunately bootcamp is unavailable till the new year. I haven't taken this decision lightly but there are 2 main factors that brought me to this decision. Firstly location & numbers - I have struggled to obtain new clients and have lost so many in my time doing bootcamp. All my new enquiries balk at the dam saying it's too far. Secondly personal reasons, as a sole parent And parent of a disabled child I'm finding it difficult to find work and family balance. I've had to ...take a lot of time off over the last month and that's not fair on any of you. Also falling ill last week I feel that maybe it's my bodies way of telling me I'm run down and need to slow down. So I've decided to continue my one on one Pt sessions at home and take a break from bootcamp for a while. I will consider to start up bootcamp in the new year but it will be at a different location. Thankyou to all that have supported me till now

01.01.2022 Hi ladies! After a lot of thought regarding numbers and your availability for sessions, I would like to trial the timetable below. It's more viable for me to train a group rather than one person. Hope I have taken you all into consideration. If there is something that doesn't suit please let me know. Starting next week and continuing until numbers increase Monday - 5.45pm (strength) Tuesday - 5.45pm (stairs/hill) Wednesday - 5.45pm (circuit)... Thursday - 6am (strength) 5.45pm (boxing) Thankyou
