25.01.2022 Thank you collegues for your interest and especially @jarrod for putting yourself out there! Here is our answer to the "Midweek Challange - guess the prescription!" (qtn posted 26th August) Would still love to know others ideas, this is our first attempt at caring for R. He had rejected orthotic care for many years and just starting back on the "ROM road" As mentioned, I prescribed 2 different AFOs for different functions. Of note I've shown his cast outcome compared to scanning outcome, massive plantar flexion tonal response! Every patient is unique - Every orthoses is unique

05.01.2022 These video clips demonstrate the importance of assessment when designing custom made AFOs. Each patient's needs are unique as are AFO designs. CHALLENGE: guess the prescribtion AA?? AFO/FW SVA?? After a few guesses we will post a picture of the final AFO
