04.01.2022 Covid-19 update: A message from Dr Ian Chan To our Patients and Community, Our greatest priority is the health and safety of all our patients, staff members, and the wider community.... In line with current regulations, our clinic remains open at this time. We have been preparing for this unprecedented situation for several weeks now. Below are some of the measures we have taken: 1. We are fortunate that our clinic is uniquely suited for social distancing as we have 2 huge waiting rooms. The photo below is just ONE of the waiting rooms we have. 2. We have taken extra steps to ensure our clinic remains clean and sanitised by increasing the frequency of cleaning and providing hand sanitisers for our patients. 3. We screen patients and have been calling or sending messages to patients to ensure they are not coming in to the clinic if they are in quarantine or are not feeling well. 4. We are providing phone consultations for non-essential or non-urgent appointments. 5. Dr Chan has also been utilising several consultation rooms concurrently to reduce patient contact and enable efficient sanitising of each room between consultations.
