25.01.2022 Following on from our full 2018 re-branding of Bayport (read more at afom.com.au/projects/bayport), we again worked closely with our clients to help celebrate their 50 years in property development and construction. 25.01.2022 We commissioned a playful set of illustrations by Melbourne artist @carla_mcrae in her signature style, for an (even more) extended @embla_melbourne wine list. Wine variety origins, idyllic pastoral scenes, anthropomorphic grape men and snobby waiters have all come to the table for our oversized risographed menu. Thank you @carla_mcrae and @jackywinter for being dreamboats to work with. This project seemed like a fitting one to end the year with - wishing you a wonderful summer break filled with good wine and good fun. Huge thanks to all our wonderful clients, friends, collaborators and suppliers. Our last day is Dec 20th and we’re back on 6 Jan. See you in 2020!

We embraced their legacy trademarks of bright, poppy colours and quirky styling to elevate the brand language and create strong graphic systems across print, packaging and digital marketing platforms. Kester Black is B-Corp certified, female-run company whose products are... vegan and cruelty free. We’ve been working with Australia’s favourite ethical nail polish brand @kesterblack for the past two years, including the substantial undertaking of evolving and repositioning their brand and packaging. We embraced their legacy trademarks of bright, poppy colours and quirky styling to elevate the brand language and create strong graphic systems across print, packaging and digital marketing platforms.... The complete packaging overhaul embodies these qualities contrasting vivid colour combinations, and showing off the introduction of a custom lettering pattern and wavy die-cut edges, to amp up the fun and surprise factor. The custom patterned liner playfully spells out the words 'Kester Black', while the scalloped edges used along the edges of boxes and envelopes mirror this loose, undulating attitude. When designing the packaging for the Hyperreal lipstick range, we wanted to challenge the norm of more traditional cosmetic packaging, making the products stand out with their playful shape decals, matching the shade of the lippies.
