It's for people with a passion to learn or want to be a tarot reader. The groups are small and intensive. My name is Alexis, I have run Learn Tarot for many years at Nature's Energy both beginner and advanced and previously at Sydney Uni part time courses. We are now in Zoom. I can give you a solid structure to stud...y and you can join our study group on WhatsApp. I teach people to be tarot readers in 6 Zoom instalments. They are often accompanied by a water sign in their birth chart (Pisces, Cancer or Scorpio). There are always exceptions to this rule though I adore teaching Tarot and one of the things I notice about people who pursue tarot reading is more often than not they are creative! I love that it's called 'Rebirth' equivalent to 10 of swords (RW deck: 10 swords stabbed in a back) Rebirth or 10 of Clouds here is exciting and positive. .... This card depicts the evolution of consciousness by Friedrich Nietzsche: the cycle of Camel, Lion and Child. I see this as: when you have a difficulty, a camel is weighed down by the problem, takes it on board and carries it clouded by other people's burdens. The lion gets angry to deal with the demands of others, roars the pain off, but could also be hurtful with this violent coping mechanism. Finally, the child emerges innocent and spontaneous, true to their own being, not carrying it or fighting it, but playing the flute happily above it all. Do either of these scenes bring up a memory for you?... Bea Nettles took photos for Mountain Dream Tarot Deck as far back as 1970. I was born in 1970. This iconic photo-deck reminds me of my hippie childhood and alternate lifestyle growing up. Bea had an actual dream of photographing the Tarot, then made her dream real in 78 photos. They have an Appalachian free spirited setting. In a Dangerous Minds article, Bea is quoted saying, " If you needed an eagle in an image, you had to find an eagle to photograph. The same was true with flames, water, boats, swords, and all of the other props. I shot the images with my medium format Yashica D camera, processed the film, and printed either in Penlands darkroom or my own. The cards in the original deck were machine stitched between 2 sheets of frosted mylar." . I personally adore Bea's work and just received some actual cards in the mail all the way from Arizona. Wildlife friendly fencing is important - this video shows a fence with a white 'sighter' wire on the top. Running a white plastic pipe or even garden hose on the top rung of a wire fence gives the animals a chance to see where the top wire is to give them a better chance at judging the height of the fence.
