15.01.2022 Clients in Drouin lucky enough to save money getting their building and pest inspection done. Termites have eaten a ceiling joist next to the man hole in the kitchen leaving a strut completely unsupported and the risk the whole ceiling will collapse. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD If the roof wasn’t metal and it was tiled it would have collapsed already.... Don’t buy a time bomb. Get an inspection done.

13.01.2022 Drill holes.. If you see drill holes anywhere around a house it’s highly likely their has been a termite attack somewhere. In this instance I was lucky enough to talk to the owners of this property to clarify for my client why the drill treatment was applied. Their was a termite attack on a pergola post that has since been repaired and a full termite treatment of the property was carried out as I found a durable notice in the meter box of the property.
