25.01.2022 Ive been busy this week in the garage. Ive got the new wood lathe up and running nicely, and I'm finally able to start using up some of the logs from Mosman Park Golf course. They have dried out nicely over the last year.

24.01.2022 A double story extension on a a large property, a complete renovation of the entire house. Changing the layout of the house, installing windows, frames, doors, skirting, skirting blocks, architraves, bay windows, eve boards. Cavity slider doors, wardrobes, vaulted & raked ceilings. All doors and windows were made by Cedar West.

23.01.2022 A complete overhaul of reclaimed doors to keep in style with the Fremantle property. Sanding the doors through to a fine 400 grit so they could be lacquered. The stair case was cladded in bespoke Tasmaian Oak treads and painted risers with false stringers and a false newel post was added.

19.01.2022 A very stunning piece of architecture to a new build house. Louvre vents add a statement to any house entrance. Easily fitted at not to much cost.

17.01.2022 My latest job was at His Majesty’s Theatre in Perth. We had 3 weeks to install a hydraulic stage in 3 sections. It was great to work in building with such character. A very unique opportunity to work on a difficult project.

16.01.2022 A large double story extension, we fitted the skirting, architraves, dado rails and doors & alfresco area. In a beautiful house where money was no object the owner wanted to keep the house in the original style at no expense spared. If only more jobs could be like this!

14.01.2022 The sporting Globe, in Mandurah. A 9 week fit out, from base build to finish bar. We fitted all aspects of carpentry from the stud work right through to the Bar and planter boxes.

12.01.2022 This is sneak peak at something myself and Will Thompson are working on at the mo. 2 coffee tables, 1 live natural edge, the other a river resin waterfall table. Both out of Marri Timber slabs.

12.01.2022 A large renovation area on a gym, pool and alfresco area. No expense spared for a very rich client.

10.01.2022 Will and myself have been busy in the workshop. We finally finished another beautiful Marri timber dinning table. We hope Iain and Sarah love it as much as we do.

09.01.2022 Installing decking around a pool area, this was using Thai Mahogany, which was a dream to use and very versatile. the client didmc want an end finish on it and let it weather to a beautiful silver colour.

09.01.2022 It doesn't matter what size shape or style of door or frame combo you are after. There is always solution to what you want. I have worked with a few door suppliers over the years and the end achievement is always satisfactory. I have installed bifold & stacker doors. Sliding, Sash or bifold windows. A majority of these products are due to Cedar West.

03.01.2022 Ive been working on some main entrance doors in Perth city at the new QT hotel. They are Copper clad on an aluminium frame, finished with curved Tasmanian oak stiles, rails & internal tongue and groove panels. Measuring up at a huge 4.2 metres high and 1.8 metres wide.
