14.01.2022 As we've been meeting with churches & Alpha leaders recently we've have heard an increasing number of people interested in Alpha in Prisons. It seems like there's a God-focus on this area at the moment. Amazingly (or perhaps not), we have an online book launch this Thursday 19th Nov by Paul Cowley who will be joining us from the UK. You may know Paul from his testimony in the Alpha Film Series where he speaks about his very rough upbringing & his choice to become a 'football... hooligan' before an encounter with Jesus that changed everything. He is now an ordained minister in the Church of England & has 20 yrs experience working with people inside & outside prison. Paul is Bishops' Advisor to Prisons in London and in 2015 was awarded an MBE for services to ex-offenders.
