15.01.2022 We recently purchased a home in Port Douglas and I contacted Andersen’s in Cairns. Simon Clarke was so helpful from our first telephone call. As it was a COVI...D 19 point of time we couldn’t travel to Cairns to view options. Simon organised an appointment and measured up the areas we needed recarpeted. He listened to our needs and revisited with a number of samples a week later. He also answered many queries I had very promptly. We were able to get a discount due to a special promotion too which was an added bonus. The carpet was installed by the most courteous tradesperson I have ever met, Rob. He was outstanding The quality of his work and his communication skills were excellent. He helped me select the most useful offcut that I can get made into a rug. I would highly recommend both Simon and Rob to anyone looking for very helpful and genuine people to provide and instal their carpet. We’re very happy with the product too which was Beachview Angora made in Australia
