25.01.2022 I have been hiding behind the camera for years! Sometimes I feel that I needed that time to be a photographer as I always wanted to be the model. But it’s so much easier to take photos instead of talking to the camera, recording my own voice, seeing myself, showing myself! But it’s time to change something now.... 24.01.2022 Do you still have your voice? Ten years ago I gave up my video blog. It all happened in a glimpse, I could not shoot videos of myself, soon I failed to record my voice. ... The reason was I was not liked by a particular man who started sending nonsense to all my contacts in Social media! My friends and relatives, my first boss red the messages from that person and they were shocked. When I realised what had happened I started crying and was crying for days. At that stage I was pregnant with my first daughter and knew pretty well that there should not be any unnecessary stress in my life. Very soon I gave up video blogging, I was so depressed. I have realised only today that I had left one of my passions almost 10 years ago.

24.01.2022 Time to wake up I’d so nice to get get up in the morning before everyone else. My biggest problem with early rise is that everyone else wants to get up as soon I get out of bed. So If I sleeep the kids might sleep longer. But when I step out from the room, everyone is on their feet. It’s funny because it happens with self awareness too. When I start meditating, the people around me start doing so. If I get busy, everyone else gets back to work.... What a strange coincidence- that’s how I have thought for the last 9 years or so. 15.01.2022 First time Mum of a fifth daughter. like this post tag a first time mum in the comments subscribe!!! My fifth little girl was born in early May this year and though I feel awesome and look better than what I thought of myself two or three pregnancies before I have to face exactly the same problems of a first time mum!... Last night my youngest was feeding all night long with very short breaks which I couldn’t even notice. Every time ai looked at the watch to see that it was not more that 20 minutes after the previous time she woke up. Trust me, I do feel broken and almost dead in the morning after this craze at night. Luckily it doesn’t happen too often. Or does it? I woke up today and realised that I am a first time mum of the fifth baby. And I know kids are all different but my life is full of the same challenges that any first timer faces with a new baby. Thus I do finish my hot morning tea in the afternoon when it’s deadly cold. I do find it hard to have a shower as often as I need. Leave alone any privacy in the toilet. Did I say toilet?! Yes, that funny language too. And you know, I just want to give a hug to all you beautiful first time mums! You are doing a great job! 14.01.2022 People spend hours on Social media and there is a tendency to watch only stories instead of reading posts and looking at still pictures. We all love movies. I have been thinking of how to apply my photography skills and start an online course. And this is what I came up with. I have more that 10-year experience in consulting people on their carrier, helping them to get that dream job, boost their resume, get ready for a job interview. I have been there for the people who ...did not know what to start with when they we ready to start! For the last months I have consulted over 30 bright candidates many of whom are now entrepreneurs. They all have their social media and hope to grow a stable income. The three things that many of them underestimate are Stories, IGTV and LIVE streaming. I have accomplished 6 courses on social media marketing and this is what I want to share with you. From Monday the 10th of August, I will run a pilot course where I will teach and inspire my clients to start being active with the most powerful instruments on social media. The goal of the course is to halo you gain interaction with your leads, build rapport with your subscribers and promote your business without spending a dollar. The course consists of 3 live streams and 3 homework tasks that you will have to do immediately to see the results from the first day.

13.01.2022 My nightmare came true One of my bad dreams is when I come into a room and click the button to swich the light on, but nothing happens. I want to sea something but it is absolutely dark in the room. Last night we had a lockdown - there was no electricity. My kids knocked at my bedroom but I couldn’t get up. So they walked around the house with a torch an d phones. When I finally got up and opened the door for them it was almost morning. When I asked them if they were scared ...they said they weren’t. But I must admit that I’m rather scared of this kind of situations. our electricity was fixed at about 9 o’clock in the morning. Before the time my phone was not functioning as I had not charged before the lockdown. My car didn’t want to start for the same reason. And when I want to charge the starter it wasn’t charging. When I finally started the we didn’t have enough time to take the girls to school and then bring them back if we really want to go somewhere as my car needs to see somethin to charge.

12.01.2022 Three months ago @kuul_turist shot a first story of me for Instagram. I was baking a cake in my kitchen an thought I was not ready to be filmed. I felt lost and embarrassed. As a photographer I knew my kitchen was not looking perfect, the towel I used to take the tray out of the oven was not anything like a glove. I was ashamed but accepted the challenge! The challenge is hard: how to share your private life without showing too much. I was not sure if I really needed Stories... to promote my business. And instead of thinking too much I decided to give in a go. Three months have passed and I feel confident enough to teach others how the Stories can help to engage with the audience and grow an account. 08.01.2022 The hardest jobs I had 1) Photo model I feel great about being behind the camera but exhausted when being in front of it. It’s hard to pose, to get ready, to be on time. And this is what I value in my models most when I am the photographer.... 2) A Manager I am an entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience, I have been recruiting and supervising people most time of my professional experience but trust me... it’s hard to supervise specialists who are twice a old and tree times more experienced than me. I did it all and survived. Can’t complain now, feel proud of myself. 3) object photographer Some kinds of photography is not for me. Believe me I got lots of offers for nude photography, couples in the bedroom, naked models on the beach. I have tried many themes but still life is still the hardest. I am not scared of challenges but routine kills me as much as the details. 4) Russian teacher for non-speakers. I love teaching!!! And languages are special. But I like to teach Russian to children and English to adults. Otherwise I can’t enjoy it. It becomes a torture!!! What’re we’re your toughest jobs? 05.01.2022 I give myself a year! When people find a new job and leave the previous one they may feel sad and happy. Sad to leave behind the company, a comfortable office, flexi working hours, customers and colleagues. Sadly enough they feel happy and excited for exactly same reasons: the new comfy office, working hours, customers and colleagues. I do have a similar feeling at about the time when a next baby of mine is born. ... With every baby I feel a transition to a next level which feels like promotion which I find exciting. The sad thing is that I give up a job I used to have before this baby. Let me put it straight, I never stop working, but professionally experience some transition with every newborn. I gave up blogging with my first daughter. I stopped managing an online school with my second one, I gave up teaching ESL with my third, didn’t come back to my PhD with the fourth.... Number 5 is here. And here I am at the edge of the previous experience ready to jump onto the next level. I know it’s going to be fun: I feel butterflies in my tummy! But I also feel sad as I already know what I have to give up this time and I am going to miss it a lot! I am going to change this account too in order to adjust it to my new identity... sad but happy! 02.01.2022 One thing we believe that we shouldn’t We believe in one thing that seems of great importance and then the time comes and we are disappointed not because we did’t know something, not because we made dramatic mistakes but purely because we believed in one thing and later on started believing in another one. You may say that there is one word and that word is God. Trust Him and you won’t need any beliefs.... But isn’t it our nature that brings us to believing? One thing that prevents many people from achieving greater results is their belief in life consisting of black and white lines. So when it’s good, it has to be bad soon. And when it’s bad, we expect the better future in the white line but can’t enjoy the momentum as it’s still black and no one knows the point when the black becomes the white. Why don’t we choose to abandon that notion for good? That’s my resolution (yeah, I know it’s not the NY eve) the milk spilt is just a reason to make the floor clean by wiping glass is broken when that happens for luck I choose to have water in a fragile sparkling glass instead of heavy duty zinc. we are facing the problems we can solve and don’t even notice those that are not ours Don’t take fatigue for depression. 02.01.2022 How much do you cost? I once moved to a big city from a small town and 4 years later I relocated to another country. These changes had some impact on how much I cost. Do you know your price?... Are you shocked with this question? Did you know there’re are marketing researched available where the prices for a middle aged people are calculated on the basis of education , experience, food and other expenses. Would you like to know how much you cost? One of the instruments to do it on your own is to follow the way most common route: write a resume and try to find a job. The more money a potential employer is ready to pay to you, the higher your price is.
