19.01.2022 I'm learning more and more the art of "less is more" with this cheeky boy The Panhoe has had another five days off after the weekend's antics and today he mooched around as cruisy as can be. Easy-going long & low warmup and then into some lovely sideways & small stints of half-pass in trot and canter before i called it quits. About 20 minutes all up but boy did it feel great Gosh it's nice when he surprises me!!!

09.01.2022 Today we christened the new arena & I couldn’t imagine a better partner to share the moment with! I owe the biggest thank you ever to my amazing Dad @wazza_pryde & @eld_arenas, it’s well and truly worth the years of waiting! Thanks to a few of my support crew for being there to share the special moment too! Still pinching myself

06.01.2022 It’s been a long time between posts... but this news is too exciting not to share! Fresh arena thanks to ELD Stage 1 of our little property additions complete

03.01.2022 Last competition of the year complete as of yesterday!!! And might I add I will never, ever, ever attempt to take two horses to a single day competition again! One pony couldn't care less, the other pony was a noisy, fire-breathing monster who I ended up taking home straight after the first (very tense) test because he was so mentally challenged lol! And to think he's never usually the clingy horse...... gotta love them!! Star pony for the day was Billy B!! He went straight ...out, after months without doing much of the higher level stuff, into the mediums. I was so proud of his tests, winning the 4.2 & only coming a close second in the 4.1 due to some jogging in the walk and he broke from canter when I stupidly gave him a little boot for trying to swing his bum in on a 10m circle. We ended up tied medium champion (somehow? ;) ) & scored a pretty ruggie, the first time Mr Bill & I have ever won anything & in probably my last competition on him as he just can't handle the firm ground like he used to! God I love this horse and how hard he has tried ever second that i have owned him!!! <3 Huge thank you to Billy's favourite mum, Judy, who came out and spent the whole day pampering the boy, walking him and being a super groom!!
