It had the sweetest messages in it, here is one of my favourites that I thought I would share with you. After having one of my beautiful friends stay with me for a few weeks until she got back on her feet she wanted to say a thank you. She booked us in for an an amazing 1 hour private life coaching meeting, and took me to lunch at Mandala's organ...ic cafe!! I felt so spoilt but I'm sure she felt just as good being the giver! (I know that feeling oh so well!! ) I love giving and surprises! I wasn't expecting anything in return for my hospitality but I'm also not one to say "no" to such beautiful treatment!!! 05.01.2022 Good morning everybody! What an amazing couple of weeks we've had! I'm consistently learning new things, taking on new challenges and loving every bit of it!! Check out this little list of simple actions you can swap to make your days more positive and productive!

05.01.2022 Protein balls like theseeee Tasty as little things filled with goodness, gives you energy and perfect to grab on the go and help stop sugar cravings and binging!! I always make a big batch then fridge or freeze them and (try) make them last a week or two ... In this batch I used our vegan chocolate flavoured pea protein, walnuts, cashews, our greens powder, maca powder, coconut oil and of course dates. I hadn't made P.balls in ages because our blender broke and I wasn't sure if my little 'Blitz&Go' could handle it! But it did whipped up the nuts and I caramelised the dates on the stoves and then mixed it all together. Easy. Beautiful. Try it! And have a super Saturday!
