23.01.2022 Whos a clever chook then??? Well rooster really. Melanie has painted Rocky the rooster in potassium and blue watercolour. It certainly makes the rooster pop out, extra cool Melanie!!

22.01.2022 Today bought a few paintings to fruition!! The Daschund puppy is so cute, well done young lad, talent runs in the family obviously with grandad doing the Mori hut in watercolour pencils. Samantha Parkin has done an amazing job painting the reef and jellyfish in watercolour and Cecilia finished her hydrangea in beautiful blue and purple acrylic, fantastic creations Saturday morning students!!!

21.01.2022 I finally finished that commission for the old Italian gent. It was taken from the reference picture of his Nonnas(grandmas) house. I used watercolour and mixed media. I had to change the colour of the sky for Naples as I originally made it too Australian looking!! 63 years of seeing those skies makes it hard to imagine their skies are different, ha, ha!

20.01.2022 Yet another fantastic snow scene from Alex. We should start calling her The Snow Queen but it almost makes it sound like she has an icy personality, however Alex is the most generous and loving person you could meet. I am referring to the amount of snow paintings she has painted. This is more abstracted than her usual scenes though. Fabulous

15.01.2022 I went to a lino print workshop on Sunday. It was great fun!! It is really easy to carve, quite soft really. I love the negative/positive effect, I highly recommend it!!!
