Choc Chip Honeycomb Cookies: 1 scoop Evolve WPI ( Choc honeycomb) 2 scoops Evolve Collagen ( unflavoured ) 1/2 cup of butter 1/4 cup of stevia 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp xantham gum 1/2 packet of noshu sugar free Choc chips METHOD: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and bake on 180 degrees for 7 minutes.
