Two weeks ago Queensland home builder kalka beat a field of prestigious Queensland nominees to win best Australian Project Home at the 2016 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards. According to the judges the award-winning five-bedroom home at the Grange combines affordability with contemporary edge as a practical five-bedroom home on a small block yet it is incredibly spacious and liveable.
