11.01.2022 ANU has topped Australia in a recently published highly respected international university rankings report. ANU was named the top Australian university in the CWTS Leiden Rankings, which measures the impact of research publications and collaborations. Based on data from 2010 to 2013, the ANU had 4,608 scientific papers published, with 13.6 percent published in the top 10 percent in their particular field.... For publications in the top 10 percent, ANU was ranked 89 out of 750 universities globally, and was the only Australian university in the top 100. Vice-Chancellor Professor Ian Young AO said the results reflected the breadth and quality of scientific research at ANU. "While rankings can fluctuate and be an inexact science, these results show ANU research continues to be rated amongst the best in the world," Professor Young said. "ANU remains committed to national and international excellence. The outstanding results are a testament to the university's world-class academics and researchers."

Brighton is located in the City of Bayside, which has 17 km of foreshore to Port Phillip Bay. Nestled on Dendy Street Beach, the Brighton bathing boxes are a popular Bayside icon and cultural asset. Try chilling out on the beach - it won't hurt! http://www.brightonbathingbox.org.au/
