24.01.2022 Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Keiffer and Tiffany Rade who were married on Sunday at Ayres House. The newlyweds celebrated their reception afterwards in the picturesque conservatory restaurant. Guests had a wonderful evening of dancing and capturing memories in the photobooth. 23.01.2022 It was an absolute pleasure to introduce Mr and Mrs Liam and Katherine Rohan-Kelly at their wedding reception at the Lakeside Room in the Lawson Lakes Hotel last night. 19.01.2022 It was with great pleasure that Mr and Mrs Stirling were introduced, as husband and wife, for the first time at the Grange Sailing Club on Saturday the 3rd of October. The timely easing of restrictions meant for the first time in 6 months guests could enjoy getting out of their chairs to mingle and dance. 18.01.2022 It was a great pleasure to be able to introduce Mr and Mrs Luty at the Watershed Function Centre on Saturday on the day of their wedding. Purple and Black was the theme.The beautiful sunset was provided by nature and purple uplights were provided by Adelaide Wedding DJ and MC Services. Both combined to help create a perfect backdrop for Marc and Kimberleys wonderful celebration. Friends and family had a great time and a particular highlight was the "dance off" between Team Groom and the Bridesmaids, led by Kimberley. 18.01.2022 Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Tim and Shelby Howie who were married yesterday at Vigara Winery before making a grand entrance at The Semaphore Bowls Club to the sound of Shelbys mum singing Heartlands "I loved her first". Kirsty did a wonderful job with her tribute to the newlyweds. Everyone seemed to enjoy the evening and on a personal note it was great to reacquaint with some of the guests I havent seen for a long time.

Guests travelled from as far as Norway to attend . Based on the compliments and glowing recommendations, heard during speeches, it is hardly surprising people wanted to be a part of this special celebration. Everyone seemed to enjoy the night and why not, they are a terrific couple and richly deserve a colourful celebration after a trying year. Ryan and Brittany were the 4th and final recipient of Adelaide Wedding DJ & MC Services free uplighting prize. The promotion started at Glanville Hall in August. It is interesting to compare the room using the different colours chosen. In ...this situation they make an already superior room look absolutely amazing. 15.01.2022 A great couple tied the knott in a beautiful garden ceremony outside the Uraidla Show Hall where the reception was held shortly afterwards. I must say the entrance went off with a bang ! With each couple having choreographed moves to different pieces of music, as well as the odd costume surprise, (especially the dinosaurs). The venue looked a treat with 10 white uplights showing off the rustic walls. I was impressed with the the way it sounded too, with the PA reaching t...he bridal table without offending the 140 guests. The tin roof was rocking a bit for the last 3 hours following the couples spectacular first dance complete with dry ice and coloured wash lighting. Adelaide Wedding DJ and MC Services are pleased to have provided the sound, lighting and entertainment to help make Mr and Mrs Chad and Rochelle Whites wedding day, one they will will truly remember. The fact the dance floor was packed all night suggested guests also found the celebration a blast ! All the best. See more

It was a great night with lots of fun and dancing , especially from the newlyweds who christened the dance floor with a wonderfully choreographed routine to The Turtles- Happy Together.

The evening was packed with entertainment including Polish Bread and Figian Carva ceremonies, Guest vocalist, Choreographed Wedding Dance and Group Dancing. The festivities continued into the early hours of the morning making the night one to remember for the newlyweds as well as friends and family.

11.01.2022 A big shout out and best wishes to Vince and his wonderful friends and family who turned up to the Beefacres community hall to celebrate his 60th. Thankfully Vince chose up lights (supplied by Adelaide Wedding DJ and MC services) for the venue because the council had all the lights in the place wired to a single switch, meaning that to have lights in the kitchen/bar and bathrooms you had to have all the fluros on in the main room. Rather than have the venue look like a department store cafeteria we put extra lights in the bar and bathroom. Now the venue was transformed into a swinging 70s night club. All 4 members of Kiss were there plus Magenta and Frankenfurter as well as Sandy and Danny (from Greese) congratulations on joining the sexagenarians Vince.

08.01.2022 Congratulations to Rebecca and Michael Musico who were married yesterday. Rebecca and Michael won Julys complimentary up lighting prize. To see what a difference only 6 lights make you only have to look at the before and after comparisons below. On another note, it was a pleasant surprise to see they had a fog machine. Im sure youll agree the mirror ball effect of our Astro lights is amazing, creating coloured beams of light throughout the venue. Adelaide DJ & MC Services also offer a Fog Machine as an option but it is seldom used these days.

07.01.2022 A big shout out to Rachel and Thomas Fribbins who were married yesterday at Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club. The weather turned it on spectacularly for them as the photos illustrate. Mint green uplights were chosen to match table dressings and it was my great honour to MC and DJ their special day.

06.01.2022 Adelaide Wedding DJ & MC Services adds uplighting as an option to make your room look amazing. You go to a lot of effort decorating your room, choosing a theme to create the right look. Uplighting can be tailored to match your colour scheme and provide the finishing touch to the look of your venue. Depending on symmetry an uplight every 4 - 5 metres is recommended. The uplights are 100% LED and dont get hot. So no need to worry about somebody touching a hot lamp. An example of the effect uplights create can be seen below.

05.01.2022 Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Barry and Katie Lawrence who were married on Glenelg Beach before celebrating with family and friends at the Oaks Plaza Pier afterwards. The venue looked amazing particulary at sunset with the sun peaking through the clouds, as if on cue, for a final photo opp. Guests seemed to really enjoy the night, based on the "shenanigans" going on behind me in the photobooth and in front on the dance floor, with the party really kicking in after the newlyweds christenned the dance floor as pictured. 02.01.2022 Congratulations are extended to Mr and Mrs Melvin and Madeline Paul who were married in the Botanic Gardens before celebrating at Ayres House with family and friends. Despite Covid making preparations difficult, the removal of restrictions could not have been more timely. This meant the celebrations could happen in a manner befitting the importance of the occasion. It was a honour to meet such a great couple and help them mark this special event by providing music and lighting for all to enjoy. I would like to take this opportunity to wish them both every success for the future.
