10.01.2022 Feel And Look Great Over Winter Winter can sometime make you feel miserable, especially on those grey days. How many of you have got up in the morning, a few hours past by then you saw yourself in a mirror and you’re response was OMG I am looking so pale, it’s making me feel a little blue. Your actions are now heading to your bathroom to apply some makeup to make you feel happier and look healthier. It’s amazing how a little colour can change you appearance and your emotions.... It really works. So let’s bring back that Glow that makes you feel and look great. Depending on your fashion wear, choose eye shadow colours that will bring out your eyes. The colours for you’re cheeks and lips keep them soft and natural, unless your heading out for the a social event then deepen your selection of colours on your lips and cheeks. Keep in mind that your skin tone will be different from summer to winter. The reason for this during summer you’re skin is exposed to more sunlight and we tan a lot easier. Now that winter is here, your summer foundation may not be suitable to use, as your skin tone has changed. Purchasing another foundation, slightly darker or lighter then adding it to your current foundation, combining both colours together, you will get the right colour match to your skin. If you’re confused get the advice from a professional makeup artist. Once you get the foundation right, it’s down to the eye shadows, blushers and lips. Today we are talking about, How to make your eyes the statement of your look during the winter months. Here is an example: CHECK PHOTO BELOW 1. Before you start apply a primer to your clean moisturised faced. 2. Apply eye primer to the top of the eye lid 3. Apply concealer under your eyes and cover any blemishes. 4. Apply a matt light beige eye shadow to the eyelid. 5. Then apply a matt medium grey shadows to the middle of you’re eyelid and taking it out to the outer corner of the eye. 6. Apply a small amount of shimmer bronzes eye shadow to the top eyelash line. 7. Apply a small amount of shimmer bronzes eye shadow to the bottom eyelash line, to give it that smudged look 8. Apply a small amount of matt dark grey or black eye shadow to the outer corner of the eye making a V shape. 9. Using a small makeup brush, blend the shadow and give it that smoky eye look. 10. To make your eyes pop, add a little gold on top of the bronze in the inner corner of your eye only. 11. Using dark brown or black eyeliner and black mascara will finish your eyes. 12. Apply translucent powder to set the foundation then slightly contour your features with your contouring colours. 13. Apply a soft colour of rosy peach brush to your cheeks. 14. Choosing colours for your lips are endless. If you want for your eyes to be the statement of your look keep your lipstick subtle in colour.

10.01.2022 Applying False Eyelashes For Beginners It is important to remember, when applying false eyelashes make sure that they are not to long for your eyes. Cut them to you’re size. Use the right glue for the right application.... You can purchase white, which turns to clear glue or if you prefer black glue which stay’s black. There are different suppliers on the market, the Duo Eyelash Adhesive are widely used. Always check their holding power and if they are waterproof. If your applying for the first time my recommendation is to use the clear glue. Adjusting may be a little messy, but keep practicing and soon you will become a pro in apply your own false eyelashes. If your using coloured false eyelashes use the clear glue, it won’t change the appearance on the lash line. Also use the clear glue on the bottom eyelashes. You can always cover any unevenness with your eyeliner. However if you want more depth on your black false eyelashes then use black glue. If you don’t have black glue and you want more depth, use black eyeliner and brush it on your eyelash line. Applying false eyelashes will give your eyes that finished glamour look. Try adding them to your beauty makeup look. How to apply False Eyelashes Step 1. Check size, if need to cut to size. Step 2. First apply mascara to your own lashes, let them dry. Step 3. Using tweezers, holding and position the eyelash in the direction that your eyelashes are going to be place, between the tweezers. Step 4. Apply glue to the rim of the false eyelashes. Step 5. Allow for the glue to get sticky (DO NOT APPLY WET) Step 6. Apply eyelashes to your own eyelashes using your tweezers as a guide. Step 7. Allow drying Step 8. Apply your mascara, so that your own eyelashes will fuse to the false eyelashes, helping then to stay on longer and prevent falling off.
