06.01.2022 My gym selfie’s are back My current training situation : 4/5 weight sessions depending how I feel or how many clients I have 3 x 20 min stair master ... 80k Steps Please remember this is MY journey, I have doctors approval and this pregnancy is soooooooo different to baby P. I could barely train for the first 16 weeks so please be kind to your body, if you need to sleep, eat hot chips and not train then do it !!! #pregnancyjourney #stayactive
