The Happy Hens Social Enterprise and friends will have a stall at this wonderful event today Saturday 25th of May at Bedlam Bay celebrating Enviro volunteering. Be sure to come and visit us as we will have lots of yummy food for sale for lunch, morning and afternoon teas. We look forward to welcoming you at the market this Saturday 19th of September from 9 am till 1 pm. We are a COVID-19-SAFE business as per NSW Government guidelines. To make the process easier to sign in with the QR code on the day, you could download the Service NSW app prior to Saturday. One more thing to remind you is that any food to be bought and consumed on the actual day will be provided by the Happy Hens and their volunteers from either the barbecue stall or the cake and coffee stalls. 02.01.2022 Thank you so much to the lovely people that helped the @gladesvillehappyhens and friends with tidying up the @bedlambaycommunitygarden yesterday. We got a lot done removing overgrown camphor laurel branches; tidied up our prolific #passionfruit vine and removed tired vegetable plants. We have planted a lovely row of #rosemary plants along the top garden bed, edible varieties of lavender including #munsteadlavender and #hidcotelavender in the second one and along the lower be...d have a healthy crop of #lemonbalm and #perrennialbasil. Still growing well are the #olive tree, #pomegranatetree, #fingerlime, #thyme, #parsley, #oregano, #rocket, #aloevera and lots of #succulents. Thank you Sharon for donating the wonderful #perilla plant. Don’t forget next Sunday from 3 to 5pm we have our big Working Bee #henleygreenscommunitygarden and hope you can come down for that.
