23.01.2022 Day 1 Back at School at Belair 2021! Welcome back to all of our wonderful students and our community. We are so excited to be starting the new school year and see you all return ready for the fun, friendships and learning 2021 at Belair will bring.... Below is an outline on important information to have a successful start to school. Friday 29th January Ø All students 1-6 commence the 2021 school year. Students will line up at their 2020 classroom when the morning bell goes. Ø Kindergarten students commence Best Start Assessments; each student has been given an allocated time. Ø Parents of Kindergarten, Years 1 and 2 students will be allowed on the school site to drop off their children at their classes on the first few days of school provided they follow physical distancing and hygiene measures implemented by the school and the department. You will be asked to sign in using a QR code at Carolyn or Cynthia Street gates only. No parent access via Terrance Street, this remains kiss and drop only. Once your child has hung up their bag and made their way to the playground, parents must leave the school site. Ø At home time Year 1 and 2 students will be escorted by teachers to school exits for pick up in the afternoon. Please ensure your child knows which gate you will be waiting at. Ø Year 3- 6 continue to be dropped and meet for collection at the gate. Ø New students to the school are to come to the office with their parent. There is no need to come before 8:50 as we will escort new students to classes after the 9am bell. Ø Students can wear their school uniform or sports uniform on this day. Every Friday thereafter students are expected to wear their sport uniform. Ø The Canteen will be open. Please use flexischools app to order lunches. Ø Uniform shop visitors must sign in through the office and wear a visitors sticker. Ø Some excellent back to school resources can be found at the inserted link. Enjoy your first day back!

18.01.2022 Uniform Shop! Please see below a message from our Uniform Shop Supervisor! Unfortunately due to a COVID supply shortage and overseas manufacturing, we have run out of medium hats. The supplier has assured us that the back order is currently clearing customs and will be here in a week or so!

15.01.2022 Our Uniform Shop will be open tomorrow from 8:45am. Eftpos WILL be available! Please sign in at the office and you will be directed to the Uniform Shop from there!

12.01.2022 Thanks to the Belair P&C, not only for providing iceblocks for all our students today, but for all the work they do to support our school each and every day! We are very fortunate to have such a caring, active and committed school community! Merry Christmas!

06.01.2022 Well... that’s a wrap!! Year 6 Clap Out! This group of students have had an interesting final year of primary school, to say the least. We could not be prouder of these wonderful kids and will definitely miss them. We wish them the best in high school and cannot wait to hear of their amazing achievements!

03.01.2022 Our uniform shop will be open from this Friday through to Wednesday from 8:45 to 9:30. Please remember to sign in at the office first before visiting the uniform shop. 1. Limited number of people will be allowed to enter the Uniform Shop in line with BPS’s requirements. Please comply with the uniform shop’s volunteer requests. 2. Once an order is placed, it takes 2-3 days for the payment to clear by Flexischools, THEN the order will come through to the Uniform Shop. 3. Unifor...m Orders can be picked up at the Uniform Shop during opening hours, if not, your order will be processed and provided to your child’s classroom. 4.
