09.01.2022 / ( /) These are my personal techniques for this journey, a few posts ago I described my understanding of the Biology of dreaming to offer a lens of perception to this field of information... (Wake with the sunrise, and rest with the moonrise, in the night switch off electronics and power points, light candles for luminosity, sleep in darkness) (Eating lightly in the early evenings and fasting for the hours before rest, as digestion requires the bodies active functions and can keep us from deep sleeping) (Talk with your soul and highest truth regularly, ask for guidance, visions, messages, symbols, and affirmations to connect you with your astral body) (Is based on a behaviour called Prospective Memory, which is the creation of intention to remember that youre dreaming, practice the technique by bringing a recent dream or imagination into your awareness as you begin to fall asleep, allowing the creative sensory mind to be free, this can induce the state as well as anchoring the mind to awareness recognition) (Write recollections of your day before sleep, write details of your sleep patterns or dreams upon rising, as you record your dreams, write in detail and highlight symbols or motifs) (Your dreams speak specifically to you, so explore what different symbols suggest in your unique subconscious, becoming familiar with the dialects of your psyche) (When you begin to realise awareness amidst your dreaming, there are many affirmations we can explore in the sensory body that we are in a dream, such as touching and listening) ( ...)

The creative identity expands outward, through its ability to contribute and give back to the larger system. The Australian landscape that Ive witnessed across the last 7 days has wandered in my veins. The trembling quiver of the Snowy Mountains to the smoking haze of Byron Bushland.... To feel Madre Tierra, in her full force, wild and untamed, I send love and protection to all those affected by her harsh hold, but I believe its of her nature, to shaken, burn and bury us, back into her embrace. May I always trust and honour her lifeforce and know that she will leave our human race barren and empty until we feed her soil to begin again. See more
