21.01.2022 We love cultivating wild caught oysters but it’s not for the faint hearted. Sometimes it means getting into a wetsuit to lift heavy catching slats into the punt. Luckily our guy Shaun is up for it. What a legend!

Em is moving on to the next adventure in a warmer place and we'll miss her energy, sense of humour, playlists and willingness to try new things (welding, carpentry, you name it). We're pretty sure she won't miss getting up at the crack of dawn, but hope she looks back on her time in "Oyster World" fondly.
