21.01.2022 be-together | a question and an invitation when people hear the word ‘wellbeing’ what comes to mind for most is (a) health and fitness or (b) a way to deal with mental illness. In reality, it’s far more than the former and it’s unwise to mix it up with the latter. be-together, on the other hand, is about bringing out the better parts of us in a way that helps us & others. ... we think that wellbeing is far more about being attentive, generous, curious, full of life and open to wonder than it is about having rock-hard abs and/or the latest skin care regime... the problem is finding a single word to describe this and we’re on the lookout for one (but haven’t found it). if you’ve got a substitute word for wellbeing that you can share with us, please add it below: and if you want a first-hand experience of be-together you’ve got until Wednesday 12 May to join the pilot for free. 16.01.2022 a meditation practice isn't about finding your 'inner quiet' ~ it's something to apply in your life. a be-together focussed attention practice is something we 'put into ourselves' to bring the 5 qualities to the surface. we can all be more attentive, generous, curious, alive and open to wonder ~ but it doesn't just happen.... be-together is a 5-week cycle that invites us to 'stretch' and find a greater level of wellbeing within ourselves. we're currently running a pilot with people known to us ~ if you'd like to be a part of it please contact us via a DM.

16.01.2022 Invitation to join be-together pilot: We're delighted to be piloting our wellbeing platform (WaaS) starting on May 17. The premise of be-together is that wellbeing flows from bringing out 5 core qualities we all have. In be-together we do this via sharing exercises in ‘pods’ of 5 people over 5 weeks via the be-together platform.... What we’re testing for is whether bringing our attention to these 5 qualities - and building that awareness into the rhythm of our our lives - results in greater wellbeing. To make the pilot outcomes credible we need more participants. If you want to join the pilot, please reach out ~ registrations close May 11.

There are 3 steps involved each week this is post 1 of 3. ... Registrations for the pilot close May 11. step 1: time to reflect bringing a quality of wellbeing into focus starts with affording ourselves time to consider what it means for us. the 25-minute reflection exercise is about creating the space to think on the quality of the week. it draws on the principles of a focussed-attention practice and is shared in real-time via the be-together portal (image). * Scott Stephens the Minefield podcast
