Beyond Movement isn't your typical "group fitness class" It is highly structured to ensur...e your progression & the needs of each individual is catered for. This place has taken my own strength, skills and mobility to whole new levels, and I feel so privileged to be able to help others with their own journeys tonight. Doing what I do best - combining hip mobility and strength training. Teaching how to Activate glutes and build their stength to improve mobility and stability. 22.01.2022 As of Monday MARCH 23rd. We will be moving ALL OUR SERVICES to VIRTUAL ONLINE TRAINING. This is a rapidly evolving situation and we are not immune. However we are doing everything we can to ensure minimal impacts to our students safety and training. . So how is that going to effect beyond movement? Well at this stage all we can say is our tribe will keep training in a VIRTUAL CLASS ROOM to put in the work as we like to say whilst iso...lating ourselves to help stop the spread of this deadly virus. . Our contingency plan is now in full effect as of tomorrow onwards and this will change the way we do things. Our mission throughout this time is to ensure Quality, Continuity and Sustainability are met during these changes. . QUALITY Classes will downsize from 16 to just 8 online to give our students more time with the Coach. The use of high quality software to make a High-end interactive service to our students at all times. . CONTINUITY Class timetable to remain the same with added times to keep as much normality to our students lives during these times. We will continue to support our Coaches the best we can during this time so they can continue to share their passion with our students. . We have always taken great pride in our cleanliness and hygiene and do believe our centre is always kept in the best condition as possible. . .... What it means: . Doing all the important things required to maintain a hygienic environment. . How we do it: Enhanced our already vigilant venue hygiene and member safety procedures over the last 3 weeks. Additional signage has been put up to encourage proper hygiene and prevent unnecessary germ spread. Staff checks. removing partner work from our classes Promote fresh airflow through the venue via our giant roller door. . In conjunction with our daily cleaning/sanitising schedule we have set up hand sanitiser stations primarily around our Locker area as well as in our handstand rooms and main floor area. . We have allocated extra hours exceeding the current guidelines around hygiene management to ensure all equipment and floor areas have been thoroughly cleaned and will continue to assess these procedures until this situation has seen itself through. . The latest advice given by the Australian Government is to limit mass gatherings of over 500 people. Our maximum capacity is significantly under this number. .
