25.01.2022 Our team went all out at SCA Victoria’s Young Professionals ‘Holey Moley it’s Halloween’ Event. Thanks to the Young Professionals Events team at Strata Community Association Victoria for hosting a great evening!

24.01.2022 We may be apart, but our office gym time continues! We have adapted our weekly office training and join in virtual pilates classes via Zoom with Joy from On Track Physiotherapy. These classes are helping our team members with the lack of exercise options available, plus it's a great opportunity to build our core strength and focus on our individual training goals. We're all expecting to come back stronger than ever, and continue our plank and push up challenges in the office gym!

06.01.2022 At the beginning of the month, our team travelled to Shenzhen, China to attend the 4th Overseas Real Estate, Immigration and Investment Expo at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Centre. As China’s fastest growing city, Shenzhen provided a great experience to meet people from all over the world and learn more about overseas investment in Australian real estate. Some of the issues discussed involved the increasing demand for overseas properties from Chinese home buy...ers, who are now younger than in previous years and are often looking to provide broader educational opportunities for their children by investing in countries like Australia. We also learned about the many ways technology is being incorporated in the industry, with many exhibitors providing live online platforms that allowed visitors to engage with their products and services. We would like to thank David Liu, from Shenzhen Leeco Brilliant International Exhibition Co., Ltd for inviting us to this exhibition.

04.01.2022 2020 Summer Property Industry Dinner We hosted Binks & Associates second Property Industry Dinner at The Grand Richmond. The dinner was attended by an intimate group of professional colleagues from within the property industry, and our special guest, Edmund D'Cruz, Director of Charter Keck Cramer, addressed the group, sharing his insights into the property market. The evening provided a great opportunity to establish new connections, and was a fun and relaxing evening spent i...n the Bellagio room, enjoying the beauty of shared Italian cuisine. Our managing director, Ben Commerford, hosted the dinner and was "genuinely pleased to be able to connect people from within our network to help facilitate mutual support within the industry". Thanks to all those who attended and made it an enjoyable evening.
