14.01.2022 Even if we reach out to one person, what a difference that will make. I know all too well about speaking out about being ok or not. Pleeeease reach out to someone, anyone...we dont need to do this life thing alone. No one expects us too, we only think they do and the pressure we put on ourselves. I kept so much to myself years ago and ended up being so sick and I just needed to speak up and make myself a priority. We all deserve to be mentally healthy and the first step is reaching out then taking action. Its soooo worth it xx

11.01.2022 ....easier said than done sometimes.... that saying be yourself, everyone else is already taken...its more than just that...basically why try be anything else than your authentic self...its way too exhausting being other things and behaving in a way that is not you...same in business...for me, its just easier, far less stressful to just be you... you really cant be everything to everyone and who actually wants to be anyway!
