19.01.2022 MONDAY MOTIVATION This stunner is one of our long time members - Sam Follows. Over the past 12 months, she has lost over 25kgs, transformed her body and mind and feels and looks better than ever.... How did she do this you ask? Easy. By taking it one day at a time. In her first week, she came to us struggling to do a couple of star jumps in a row. Now, she is arguably one of our fittest members. She understood early on that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Rome wasnt built in a day. Clich? Yep, but its true. Sammy is living proof. The takeaway from this is sure, you will have your ups and downs during the journey (and weve all had a lot of downs at the minute) but the key is to keep going. It doesnt matter how fast you get there, as long as you keep moving in the right direction. That all that matters. Corona will come and go. You can guarantee the world will throw a new roadblock in front of you. Dont let that stop you from getting to where you want to be. Take action and get the ball rolling, just like Sam did.
