18.01.2022 LIFE IN ISOLATION WORKOUTS!!! Here is something we created for you that you can do at home... Home workouts can be boring and stale, but its how you structure them that can make all the difference. I love trying to find ways in which is make workouts a little more exciting to do, so I challenge you to give this one a go.... Round 1 is 20 Reps (Unless Specified) Round 2 is 10 Reps (Unless Specified) Round 3 is 5 Reps (Unless Specified) You will need a chair, timer and a plate or bag loaded with some canned products to make it challenging). Exercises are as follows: 1) Squat Jumps (Depth is important here) 2. Squat with leg kickbacks (20 on each side) 3. 1 min of squat pulses. 4. Burpee + Shoulder Taps 5. Floor Press (with your weights/bag) 6. 1 Min Plank hold 7. Step Ups- 20 on each side 8. Hill Climbs (Each Side) 9. Pushups 10. High Knees x50 on each side (this does NOT change with each round. You will have to let us know how you go once you complete it. Round one is the hardest as that’s the one that will take the longest. Once you complete all 10 exercises go back to the top and complete the second round then the third. Happy training. xx
