25.01.2022 COVID-19 - Any Symptoms Get tested

25.01.2022 Get Tested If You've Got These Symptoms

25.01.2022 There's more to say after RUOK? You don’t have to be an expert to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. A conversation could change a life and by knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis

25.01.2022 Anyone who lives in the Murray PHN region and who is struggling with the impact of COVID on their lives, can access free mental health support by calling 1800 595 212 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. https://www.murrayphn.org.au/headtohelp/ #headtohelp #feelbettersoon #mentalhealth #murrayphn

24.01.2022 Did you know that our website has an interactive map that shows test sites across Victoria? There is an icon to show the location of each testing site, along w...ith operating hours, address and phone number. The map appears on our testing page about half way down, so we encourage you to scroll down to check it out and let others know: www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/getting-tested-coronavirus-covid-19 Please call ahead before visiting a testing site, unless you choose to be tested at a drive-through testing site. At drive-through sites you will be tested from your vehicle. Mobile drive-through sites do not provide walk-in tests.

20.01.2022 A special story to share with the little people in your lives

20.01.2022 Story Collection during Covid-19 Women’s Health Loddon Mallee believes that everyone has a story to tell, and that these stories are important. Data is being collected all over the globe during the Covid-19 pandemic, and we want to ensure that the unique and diverse stories from the Loddon Mallee are captured. We would like to invite women, men, and gender diverse people across our region to share their experiences, feelings, observations, struggles and successes during the C...ovid-19 pandemic. We are collecting this qualitative data through an online survey, which can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/r/RGTXX95. We would like to invite you to participate in telling your story and would kindly appreciate you sharing this invitation with your networks and community members. The information collected through this process will help to inform future practice and initiatives. The second aim of this project is to provide people with a safe space to share their thoughts. Due to this, there is the opportunity to participate without giving consent to WHLM to use or share the story. If consent is given to WHLM to use the story, all stories will first be de-identified. If you have any questions about this project, don’t hesitate to email at [email protected]. See more

04.01.2022 New barrier screens have been installed at BDH reception

02.01.2022 After careful consideration we wish to inform you all that BDH will return to lockdown for all visitors, from Mid-day (1200) today 14 July 2020. This is due as a result of the rapidly changing situation with COVID 19 in communities across Victoria. Unless for exceptional circumstances we will not accept visitors to BDH from this time. We have discussed this in detail earlier this morning with the senior management team, and we have also contacted neighbouring health service...s to determine their current situations. We are united across the Loddon Shire that this is the best approach for our communities at this time. This decision has been made with the health, wellbeing and safety of all patients, residents and staff as the number one priority. We will inform all families via email and phone calls today and will also update our Facebook page accordingly. This decision was not made lightly as we all know the importance of social and family support, but at this time, the risk of potential spread into our community is too great. Once the current situation settles to a level that it is deemed safe to once again allow visitors into BDH, we will again open our doors for family and friends to visit. However, at this stage it is unclear when this may occur. What this means 1. Any visitor must be pre authorised by either DCS/NUM and only for exceptional circumstances. 2. That visitor will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and require evidence of influenza vaccination. 3. Visitor must wear a mask. meet the resident in their room and maintain social distancing. 4. Only one visitor at a time 5. Visitor should only stay up to 15 minutes. 6. These restrictions will be reviewed and updated in line with the region and department directives. See more

01.01.2022 #MaskUpLoddonMallee for Tony and Rhonda’s sake and for the safety of your family, friends and greater community! From 11:59pm on Sunday 2 August everyone in V...ictoria aged 12 years and over will need to wear a face covering when they leave home. This is a critical step in slowing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Victoria. We know that face coverings help stop droplets spreading when someone speaks, laughs, coughs, or sneezes, including for someone who has coronavirus (COVID-19) but feels well.
