18.01.2022 Hello SUP friends and members, Traci & Bec started up the SUP Fitness Challenge that began a few months ago. The next 10 Week SUP Fitness Challenge starts tomorrow. It really is a great tool for getting motivated to keep your fitness levels up during the cooler months and getting yourself fit for summerr so why not check it out and get kick-started! 18.01.2022 Alright troops, not much wind predicted for tonight, so plan on meeting at the club at 5:30pm. We will announce the course then. Plan to be on the water at 6pm. Fun guaranteed and maybe a sunset. Of course, dinner upstairs immediately after.
