15.01.2022 The only way to let things go is by feeling your feelings deeply, understand whats at the root, and giving yourself the space and time to heal. Be patient, lo...ving and kind with yourself healing is a process, it is not linear, and we need to go though the feelings and the pain to come out the other side stronger and wiser. ~xoxo Michelle & Barb See more

10.01.2022 Two things: If you need company on Christmas Day, join Twitter for the day and follow me @sarahmillican75. We will be doing #JoinIn all day which is a lovely wa...y of connecting people who need a chat. It’s our tenth year and really helps. We are comedians. Let us cheer you up and make you laugh. Playground is a super cheap weekly online new material gig you can watch from your sofa from anywhere in the world (as long as you’re awake when it’s on at 8pm UK time). We’re continuing through Christmas and New Year. To find out how to watch, email [email protected] and ask about Playground. Love Sarah xxx

08.01.2022 Apologies for the fact that you may not have read the Sunday Times today nor are you able to magnify this article to read ir clearly. Basically it is about our over use of acronyms in the workplace. The reason I have posted it is that it always bothers me, particularly in a mental health setting, how the hell consumers and carers cope. We often forget that our workplace is our norm but to others it may well appear like Mars - foreign and scary. So if you are applying for assistance for PSD through NDIS with thw help of an LAC, good luck and try not to say WTF too often. workers, lets remember the ears that are hearing us may think we are speaking martian Deb
