25.01.2022 It was such a beautiful morning for this big boys second trail ride and first time tackling puddles on the trail. He even popped over a fallen log for the first time. 24.01.2022 It was such a beautiful morning this morning so I pulled HR out of the paddock for a brush and a naked day and thought why not get some recent confirmation shots. I love doing this so in the future I can see how much he has grown and matured. But in another light. 22.01.2022 I have made a group that will highlight our beautiful off the track horses. Thoroughbreds are in need of second chances at life after racing. I’m trying one thoroughbred at a time to re-educate rehabilitate and re-home. This page will also keep track of my past thoroughbreds, present thoroughbreds and future homes they may find. I love the thoroughbred as a breed and find them super versatile. Some of my most quietest horses have been a thoroughbred and some of my best performers have also been a thoroughbred so I’m a huge fan. If you like thoroughbreds or just want to keep up with the horses we have coming through training and will eventually be looking for homes then I would love to have you join the group. 19.01.2022 This lovely lady is finally looking for her new home. Meet Polly she is a unraced 5yo thoroughbred mare with the sweetest personality. She is a very sweet calm mare who will suit adult riders or a young rider wanting to take a young horse up through the grades. We will be getting better photos and will put a video together over the next couple of weeks. Polly is still green and learning but has never once offered to buck bolt rear and is super soft in every way. She would als...o excel in the show ring as she is a very pretty mare with beautiful movement. She came to us through our off the track program so is looking for that perfect home to continue with her education. Polly currently has front shoes on and has been excellent with all ground manners. 19.01.2022 I also wanted to share this quick video of the help my mum and dad gave me yesterday moving 130 bales of hay from a paddock to our shed. I really couldn’t have done it without them with my broken foot I can only help out a small bit so having them there to help is huge. I know the ponies will also be thankful to my parents for some more feed to keep them going a little while longer

19.01.2022 So we arrived at Werribee this afternoon for our competition tomorrow. I got a chance to ride Precious around and give her a really good bath. She is now clean and tucked into her stable for the night. We start the day early tomorrow with a 9.30 cross country and then on again in the afternoon for a 3pm dressage. It will be interesting to see how Precious goes with all the people and horses. 14.01.2022 Miss Lolly is getting stronger each time I ride her. We have now started jumping and she is a little machine. Lolly will also be going to her very first competition on Sunday a small Horse trails and a local pony club so I’m super excited to get out and see what she has in store. 13.01.2022 The two beautiful off the track ponies went out for a ride in the bush today gaining exposure of cars motorbikes and dogs. Both were excellent with Grumpy just being the best pony ever. He is so quiet it is truely amazing. Lolly still has a way to go with her retraining but is really starting to progress and become an excellent riding partner. Lolly will be for sale in the future when she has finished her education so stay tuned for then. We didn’t jump all the jumps as a few were a little big and colourful and I haven’t done any cross country practice so it was to be expected but I was super impressed with how she handled the people and we even got a few good canters in around the course which we didn’t get last time. 07.01.2022 Mr Jake the OTT went for his very first trail ride today. 05.01.2022 Wow I can’t believe it’s a new year. Hopefully we will be a little more free this year to do what we all love to do and I hope that everyone gets to achieve what they set out to achieve. I know I have a few resolutions this year that I want to complete. My biggest resolution I want to achieve is to help more horses find there perfect homes. Last year we were able to help 4 horses find there amazing new homes and hopefully we can do even better this year for both Brumbies an...d Off The Track Horses. My next resolution is to get back out competing properly and hopefully debut my young stallion in the eventing world as well as a few others. I know I will have even more things I will want to achieve but I’m excited for the year ahead and excited that everyone can follow this journey. Last year wasn’t easy so let’s celebrate the new year and the new opportunities ahead In the comments let me know what you want to achieve this year, wether it be horsey goals or just general life goals I would also love to give a huge shoutout to my sponsors Dynavyte for keeping my horses looking amazing and Equestrian Collective for supporting me and letting me try out all there beautiful riding tights. 04.01.2022 My youngest boy turns 3 today with the horses birthday but doesn’t officially turn 3 until Christmas. Look how much he has grown. In the second pic he was bidding around HR even though he was a lot smaller. Now he towers over HR and is the biggest goof of them all. 03.01.2022 Well what can I say. This horse just makes me so dang proud. Precious absolutely rocked her dressage. Even when she could see other horses behind the hedge she carried on and did what I wanted from her. She walked, trotted and cantered where she was supposed to and just overall made me so dang proud of her. Before today she has never ridden in a dressage arena or a sand one, she has never ridden around huge boxes with people inside who talk to us and even though she would ge...t nervous of the things around her she never once wanted to leave or do anything naughty. All she wanted to do was look at it. I went in with expectations so low I didn’t even think we would make it down the centre line because of the huge scary box waiting down the end but not only did she go all the way to the end of the arena she went down in a straight line. I was so proud of her that when we halted and I saluted I started crying. I don’t know if it was because she made it through the whole test and did a good job or because it’s getting real that we are getting close to the end of our journey together and that we should have been at EQUITANA this weekend but man this little horse is just magical. I will have a full vlog out tomorrow so stay tuned. 03.01.2022 Well it was HRs day out today. The young man had to learn today that even though you go to a new place with a lot of new horses and lots of scary things you still need to listen and try. HR showed his young stallion behaviour at the start of the session but really settled down and listened and became light in the halter and was really giving all the obstacles a good hard try. He isn’t all that brave this young man so he needs a lot of encouragement to tell him that he can act...ually be brave and try new things. It was such a good day and I was so proud with how he finished the session. It’s so great getting young horses out and about to many different places. Thank you so much to Georgia from G.C.
