25.01.2022 This is interesting and more complicated than our usual method of freezing bagels. Thanks to Lesley Suter and Eater.com. Don't forget, Brick Lane Bagels is open tomorrow, that's Wednesday and also Thursday from 9 to 3, and Saturday from 9 to 12. We will have some sourdough bagels again on Friday and Saturday.
