A survey on modern aging found that older people have generally coped exceptionally well, taking up new technologies and seeing, despite the restrictions, the positives where they can.... 80% feel gratitude for the extra support they received 21% have embraced digital know how 29% have begun (for the first time) to use social media 35% want more of the community involvement they have experienced and those who have ventured into using video calls feel more socially supported. In addition, older Australians have taken a liking to businesses that help them stay connected. At Brisbane Elder Law we have embraced video conferencing to allow our clients to connect better with us, and for us to connect better with them.
