15.01.2022 Rejoice, rejoice, rejoice...today at Buddha House we welcomed three statues into the Gompa, Four Arm Chenrezig, Manjushri & Vajrasattva. Many thanks to our benefactors, resident teacher Gen Thubten Dondrub, BH Director Lyndy Abram, SPC Judy Wagner, President Multifaith Assoc of SA Philippa Rowland, Dharma Kids, and all the BH Commnity for making it such a special day.

15.01.2022 Gen Thubten Dondrub’s Sunday afternoon talk on Forgiveness will now go ahead. Registrations are essential before you receive the link for live-streaming. For those who would like to attend in person registrations are also essential to make sure Buddha House can monitor the one person per four square metre rule. Signing in and gelling hands before entering the Gompa is also required.

14.01.2022 LAMA ZOPA RINPOCHE ATTENDS LONG LIFE PUJA FOR GESHES AT KOPAN Yesterday 9th November the Long Life Namgyal Tongcho puja was recited by the Kopan monks and the N...amgyal Tsechog by Kopan nuns for the benefit of Geshe Zopa, Geshe Doga, Geshe Dorje, Geshe Rapten, Geshe Samten, Geshe Tsultrim and Geshe Tsundu. All the sponsors name were read out during the puja and prayers dedicated for them and all sentient beings also. Our precious Guru, Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche presided. Geshe Zopa has advised the following practices: Tara prayers for natural disasters and it is also beneficial to do Medicine Buddha and King of Prayers for those who have died.
