24.01.2022 Pivot: It's the big buzz word to come out of the pandemic for business. In business terms pivot basically means shifting to a new strategy. We've seen many or our clients successfully make a change to their business in order to survive and keep operating during this time. Obvious examples are eateries offering takeaway, selling product online, offering online sessions/ classes and even in some cases changing up your product offering.... Whatever you do, you need to keep your current and potential customers notified. With the current fluid situation and changes happening quickly, social media is the best way to do this. Let your customers know everything they're not sure of: - Are you closed? If open, what are your hours? Assure customers of the social distancing measures in place. - If you're closed but selling product, how can they purchase? A Facebook shop is a great way to do it if you don't have an ecommerce website, or you can just have people message you. - If you're closed, keep your clients and customers informed and inspired with regular updates, information and tips. Staying in touch with your customer base and online community during this time is vital. Keep the connection going with social media so when we get through this time your business is still connected with your customer base and can hit the ground running.
