14.01.2022 Throughout the region from Mon Repos to our Islands, mother turtles are making their way to our shores to nest, with their hatchlings making the dash to the ocean some 8 weeks later. With artificial light glow known to disorientate the nesting mothers and their babies navigation to the sea, be sure to switch off your lights between 7.30pm-8.30pm tonight to help the turtles go.
