23.01.2022 This weekend we had the pleasure of dining at Lolli Redini Restaurant and the food was too amazing to keep secret!!@lolliredinirestaurant was established in 2001, specialising in serving modern regional food and wine in Orange NSW. They are female owned and operated and with 17 chef hats under their belts these ladies are truely nothing short of exceptional!! If youre heading to or past Orange stop in at Lollis you wont be disappointed!

23.01.2022 The first two photos are of a letter (a private correspondence) that Mr Connery posted in the shop front of 11 Hughes Place, East Lindfield today. I have remov...ed the conveyancers details who represented Mr Connery as I contacted them to make them aware this letter was on display and are upset their private correspondence was made public. This letter does not represent the truth of the story that the lease stated in it was drawn up at our expense, signed by Tim and returned to Mr Connery to sign. It was his choice to not sign it and after months of waiting we asked for it to be returned to us as the trust was broken and we did not have confirmation he was going to sign it. The third photo is the lease terms we were offered from Mr Connery, only made public to show the letter displayed in the front window is not a true representation of our situation. 23.01.2022 So it’s been a week since we closed our doors in East Lindfield and it is starting to feel real for us. The love and support we experienced last weekend was out of this world. Sarah, the boys and I will forever be grateful for that send off. We just want to reach out and say a massive thank you for all the support over the last 10 years. We honestly don’t have the words to show how much we appreciate each and everyone of you because there aren’t enough thanks in the world. Yo...u have filled our hearts, enriched our minds and embraced our faults and for that we adore you. Thank you for understanding letting go of the premises doesn’t mean giving up, but rather there are circumstances we cannot control. All the phone calls, messages, cards and kind words are confirming what we already knew, our community is truely amazing! We love you all and are forever grateful you and this community came into our lives.

After ringing in the New Year separated by a bush Fire we decided to take a break from our socials and have been focusing on helping our friends and family who have been devastated by the bush fires and current drought! This is a picture of one of our favourite coastal towns Bendalong. If we could ask anything of our loyal customers it would be to go to these coastal and regional towns devastated by drought and bush fires and spend with them!! We are extremely grateful for any rain, unfortunately the rain we had on Sunday has caused chaos to our beautiful community again! 15.01.2022 Sarah here, I just want to reach out and say that the love and support from all of our wonderful customers and the community we call home has filled our hearts. Unfortunately there are some terrible things being said about us to try and tarnish our hard earned reputation. I dont feel the need to feed the trolls as strong people forgive and intelligent people ignore. So if you want to troll us I forgive you and will continue to ignore you. This last week we have been thrown... down memory lane with all our beautiful customers and wonderful staff. I wanted to share my favourite memory of Butchers Delight with you all, working during my pregnancy. Now all of you know how sick I was and there definitely wasnt a glow. However a lot of you arent aware that it was during this time I felt more loved and cared for then I ever had, this was because of all of you wonderful customers and our amazing staff. When one of the local mums found out I wasnt having a baby shower the whole community threw me one! Leanne and all of our boys became experts at cleaning up my vomit (a daily occurrence) forcing me to take breaks and never commenting on my knife belt no longer fitting. Lawrence and Joanne kept me well stocked with mandarins and zucchinis (the only thing I could eat). We were two Butchers scared as hell, yet every day we got closer to meeting our apprentice we gained confidence from you all giving us much needed advice and guidance. All of this love and support has continued since Jack came along, we cannot thank you all enough.
