25.01.2022 Anyone who has ever missed an ASIC annual renewal payment beware! Creditor Watch will have listed your company as: An Insolvency Notice is out against this company which of course complete rubbish. A Notice of Intention to Deregister a company does not and cannot constitute an Insolvency Notice. The people at Credit Watch appear to not have a clue! ASIC will deregister a company well before outstanding fees get anywhere the minimum $2000 debt before a Section 459 Notice c...an issue. In one case we are dealing with Credit Watch continue to publish an insolvency notice is out against this company when the Notice of intention to deregister was issued almost 6 years earlier and the company is registered! Credit watch do not appear to understand the responsibility they hold. With no law regulating CRB’s in relation to commercial matters the Privacy Act 1988 applies only to consumer matters, the damage reporting an Section 459 Notice is on foot against a company can be fatal. 24.01.2022 The Cases presented at the RC while sad and evidene of misconduct are soft when compared to "real world" events! Has anyone asked Lindsay Dingle to appear?

23.01.2022 Royal Commission!: A compulsive gambler is offered credit card increases is front page at the RC! ha? What about the outright frauds of the big four?

20.01.2022 Best wishes to all for the Xmas and festive season for 2018. Please remember to float, drive and fly safely. Better to be late than never to arrive! If in doubt, don't, put it back and be safe! Enjoy your family friends and safely this year so you can do it all again next year.

19.01.2022 Hi All, this request goes out to anyone who has experienced difficulties when dealing with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank particularly in Queensland. We are specifically interested in communicating with anyone who has engaged in dialog with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s Lawyers: "MacDonnells Law". Particularly should you have engaged in conversation with "Sheree" of this firm and if she at any time referred to you in the following manner: - You’re gone mate, you’re gone, you’re like road kill. or possibly in a similar, disgusting manner? If so, please let us know by contacting John at: [email protected]

19.01.2022 One wonders outaloud why the Royal Commision has not taken up the farmer cases where banks have "destroyed" folk?

17.01.2022 Beware: if you operate a business as a sole trader or via company ensure you get hold of a copy of the file/s Creditor Watch (creditorwatch.com.au) holds on you and or your company/s! It is imperative you do so as we hold clear and precise evidence, shocking evidence, this Credit Reporting Bureau whose staff refer to it as: One of Australia’s OFFICIAL Credit Reporting Bureaus, yet what rates it Official is not visible, lack sufficient knowledge to understand and accurat...ely publish the results of court proceedings, the result of the grossly inaccurate reporting can be devastating to you and or your company/s. While you are seeking a copy of your file/s from creditorwatch.com.au best you also request a copy of the file/s held by: Equifax.com.au Experian.com.au and illion.com.au Check the Credit Scores each publish against you and or your company? You will find they differ and in most instances greatly, so that depending upon which Bureau your bank or financier uses the Credit Score they are supplied may approve you with one and reject you with another! We are pressing the Federal Government to add an additional Commissioner to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to oversea the operation of Credit Reporting Bureaus. Currently a complaint as to a Credit Reporting Bureau lodged with the Office of the Australian Information (Privacy) Commissioner is answered in 4 to 5 months during which time the possibly incorrect entry upon your file/s either inhibits your business or personal life or after 5 months, destroys it! 16.01.2022 BHC has sent the RC detailed Briefs demonstrating in the clearest possible terms middle managment corruption within the Banks and by Receivers & Managers, Liquidators and in particular Bankruptcy Trustees, yet "so far" NOTHING not one reply to BHC even acknowledging receipt fo same, except for one curtesy email issued by Commissioner Hayne acknowledging receipt of materails and advising he would forward it to Lawyers assisting the Commission! Of course nothing from the Lawyers in reply!

12.01.2022 As most in business would be aware many and probably all Credit Reporting Bureaus report incorrect and sometimes complete rubbish against your file! The new kid on the block, Creditor Watch is no exception! This crowd published against a file we are very familiar with a Default Judgement when the statement of claim in the matter had only issued 3 days before the ‘default listing appeared on file and was published to credit supplies. The effect of course of a Judgement ...serves to freeze current credit facilities, damaging the person and the business. When we spoke with an officer of Credit Watch it was clear that person had absolutely no idea of the subject matter and or legal proceedings! In this matter, there was no default judgement which was not possible, the plaintiff in the matter did not appear at any of the three court call overs or the eventual hearing. Judgement was given to the now damaged defendant with costs awarded to the defendant. When statement of claims are issued out of WA and or Queensland they appear upon your credit file, Equifax, D & B and Experian, which must be close to contempt as the CRB appears by listing same as to be determining the outcome! Beware of Creditor Watch they are ignorant of the law and legal procedures and must be shut down. We suggest you contact this ignorant inaccurate and damaging outfit and demand a free copy of the file they hold on you and your company, as if our experience is any indication of their negligence then all are in trouble!

11.01.2022 The Victorian Andrews is introducing a Crime Bill carrying jail terms for underpaying employees! Yet breaking the leg of a ambulance officer in the course of his duty does not carry a jail term! Interesting to see this clown has his priorities right! And of course the cannibals continue to run riot in Victoria without penalty.

08.01.2022 The world needs to listen to this Credit: Brooks Gibbs

05.01.2022 DANGER Do you own a private company/s which have/has never been served with an Insolvency Notice under Section 459/ of the Corporations Act 2001 but may have missed an annual renewal fee or two payable to ASIC? You must contact Creditor Watch Pty Ltd and order a copy of your Company/s so called, credit file held and published by Credit Watch Pty Ltd. ... Creditor Watch Pty Ltd publish a Notice of intention to deregister issued by ASIC when annual renewal fees are overdue, as an Insolvency Notice stating upon the front page of their search: An ASIC insolvency notice is present on this company The allegation An ASIC insolvency notice is present on this company is not simply poor english but can be highly damaging when what is due in most cases is likely to be 2 years of annual renewal fees totalling less than $550, which ASIC grants 8 weeks from issuing its Notice of Intention to Deregister - to pay! Even when the outstanding annual renewal fees are paid Creditor Watch Pty Ltd appears to continue to publish: An insolvency Notice is present on this company - against the company and in one case we have, for 5 years post the annual fee/s being paid! Written and verbal approaches to Creditor Watch Pty Ltd by us and clients seeking to correct the record/s, have failed. The matter/s will now be heard in another place.
