23.01.2022 Dear valued customers, For more than 2 years we’ve been a small business at a small town. Luckily most of our customers are lovely but we still get new customers that takes advantage of small town businesses. Some jobs we have done for one week or even nearly 2 weeks, yet they still come back and ask for a refund ??? Can you please make sure that, when you leave our salon with a smile and pay us, it means you are telling us that you are happy with our job. ... For example, it’s the same story as when you go to a restaurant to buy takeaway, you eat all the food and come back to give a complaint and ask for a refund. It’s like a joke but still happens So dear all of these customers, hope you all understand how hard it is under a small business in a small town. We are happy to do donation jobs in a nice way but sorry we do NOT DO REFUNDS Thank you for reading and have a nice weekend
