15.01.2022 Dear customers & followers, Sometimes hospitality can get the better of you, it can be one of the most draining and stressful jobs at the best of times. If some...one had told me before I opened Squeeze & Grind how hard owning your own business would have been. I probably wouldn't have believed half the things they said. Here at Squeeze and Grind we try our best to keep everyone happy. Sometimes we can deal with some very unpleasant people and then sometimes we can deal with some really beautiful people. Like Luke who has gone out of his way to write and mail this letter to us all the way from Byron. It's people like you Luke that keep me inspired and keep our drive going to further improve our efforts and skills. When receiving appreciation like this it puts all the hard work and stress aside. These days appreciation like so is a rare thing. This little kind gesture has just made the day for myself as we'll as all the staff here at the Grind. Along with Luke we would like to thank all the loyal customers, friends and family that have helped with the journey and growth of Squeeze & Grind. We wouldn't be here today without you guys. Dean.
